Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is offered to all U.S domestic orders.

We offer international shipping via FedEx International.

Import duties & Taxes

If you are outside the US, you are responsible for imports duties and taxes. We do not provide the details pertaining to your country’s customs fees. To get an estimate, we recommend contacting your customs offices directly.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours confirming that we have received your order. At that time an estimated delivery date will be provided. Any orders placed on Friday will be transacted on the following Monday.

For international orders.

Due to weather disruptions and the impact of COVID-19, FedEx deliveries may experience delays. Please allow for additional shipping time to ensure your order is received by the desired date.

All pieces are made to order and can take up to 3-4 weeks for completion. Once the item(s) has been completed you will be notified and sent a tracking number once item is shipped. We will always do our best to have your order ready to ship within a timely fashion, however, there may be unforeseen events that possibly can delay orders. Please note that all order statuses and or updates will be sent via email.

Any order may be canceled by contacting us via email stating your intention to cancel your order. All cancellations must be completed within 48 hours beginning from the moment you received your order confirmation email.

Fulfillment of orders are subject to successful payment authorization, and availability of products.
