Returns, Exchanges and Pricing Policy

We at Egbo Collections appreciate your patronage and investing into a piece created by us. Exchanges are only valid within 7 days after receiving your item. All sales outside of the aforementioned exchanges are final. Proof of purchase must be present for validations of exchange. We at Egbo Collections will not exchange any returned purchase(s) that is deemed worn or damaged.

You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our returns center and we shall cover the return cost. Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged. Once we receive your package, you will be notified and kept abreast to the following steps.

Egbo Collections reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. The price of a product and delivery costs displayed on the website at the time Egbo Collections provides you with a confirmation of order, will be honored by us.
